This might be kind of an odd question, but if anyone cares to answer I'd like to hear it.

Back where you come from, who was the highest authority? Did you trust them? Or were you against them? Or maybe something in between?

People who believe in something without a doubt don't ask questions about it. They aren't curious because they know everything they want to know, or they lecture for the same reason. You speak highly of his abilities, but not about your feelings towards him, and you said yourself you wanted to know if anyone had a leader like yours.

You're looking for something familiar. Guidance. Being away from him is...
