[Standing on the step of her house, Neliel watches the parade of new people walk by for a few moments before going in to get her journal. After a moment of consideration, she decides she doesn't want to miss someone she knows showing up, and heads back out to set on the front step while she flips it open.]
I'm going to assume other people have seen the sudden surge of residents. Has anyone had the fortune... or misfortune, as the case may be, to see someone they know?
