2nd Proclamation: [Action]

[Neliel is currently heading out of the village into the forest, via the most commonly used road.  Why?  Well she's looking to start making pacts with Luceti spirits, and she figures it'll be easier to do that if she goes out into the forest and meditates for a while to try to reach them.  Of course, she's hardly going to brush off anyone who decides this is a good time to come up and talk to her.]

I do wish I could have found someone more knowledgeable about the spirits.  But oh well...
